Time to make the tea!

Made more tea for the week. The bag broke. I think I left the heat on too high...oops! Strained it and it's good to go. Keep drinking Tego tea!!!!

Forgot my tea

I forgot too bring my water bottle filled with Tego to work this morning. I'm feeling it now. The inflammation in my hip is flaring up from being on my feet all day. Hopefully I won't forget again 😞
Have a short work day tomorrow but I do have my Tego ready to go!

Made another gallon today. The tea bag broke when I was boiling it. What a mess. I strained it really well to get everything out. Hope that doesn't happen again!

Still drinking my tea

Hello everyone out there,
I'm still drinking my tea. I stopped for a while and I regret that decision. I started to feel drained and tired. Oh had a headache for a few days too. Brewed some tea before work yesterday and sipped it all day long. I actually enjoy the taste now!  No headache and I actually woke up early....WIDE AWAKE! Keep on drinking tego!!!!!!

Tego Tea

So I found this tea at a health expo in Edison NJ. The people at the booth said it was a Native American tea that was used to lower blood sugar and reduce inflammation. I don't have diabetes, but my cousin lost a leg to the disease. I thought I buy him a bag and send it to him. It took him a little while to brew it, but eventually he did. He told me his sugar wouldn't drop below 153. After drinking this tea it drop pretty quickly to 143. It continued to dropped and leveled off at about 122. It took me a little while to send him more ( I'm a huge procrastinator!) but eventually I did. In the meantime his numbers did go up. When he received more...right back down again. He also lowered his blood pressure and a wound that he had that wouldn't heal started and did heal. I decided to give the tea a try for some inflammation and tenderness in my hip. It worked! This tea is amazing! Anyone out there ever use this stuff???
