Forgot my tea

I forgot too bring my water bottle filled with Tego to work this morning. I'm feeling it now. The inflammation in my hip is flaring up from being on my feet all day. Hopefully I won't forget again 😞
Have a short work day tomorrow but I do have my Tego ready to go!

Oops!

Made another gallon today. The tea bag broke when I was boiling it. What a mess. I strained it really well to get everything out. Hope that doesn't happen again!
Ok another note...my hip feels good. Keep drinking Tego
